Each year we donate to charities devoted to the emancipation of gay & lesbian rights. To raise money we organise a charity raffle during the Pinkster Tournament. You can win fabulous prizes like 2 Lufthansa tickets to Europe or Turkey.

In 2011 the Pinkster Tournament donates all charity proceeds to the Ankara Anti Homofobia Campaign and the South African lesbian soccer team Chosen Few.
The Forum for the Empowerment of Women (FEW) is a Johannesburg-based, South African organization that aims to articulate, advance, protect, and promote the rights of black lesbian, bisexual and transgender women. One of FEW’s initiatives is the CHOSEN FEW Soccer team. The team is comprised of 25 young black lesbian women from townships in and around Johannesburg, where corrective rape to 'cure' lesbian women is still practiced. Chosen FEW organizes the Peg Grey Soccer Tournament for all women teams annually. It attracts much attention and provides a strong signal of support to other LGBTs in South Africa. Without the anticipated Pinkster donation, the tournament can not be organized in 2011, as other resources have dried up.
Gay and lesbian empowerment is currently a hot topic in Turkey, as many experience preconceptions, discrimination and even violence. KAOS GL is an Ankara based gay organisations that play an important role in the empowerment of lesbians and gays in Turkey. They both organise both the Istanbul Pride ande the Ankara Anti Homofobia CampaignKAOS GL organises the two week AntiHomofobia Campaign each year in May. This festival comprises a large progam on the universities of Ankara, a cultural and social program and a gay pride. National and international politicians participate in the festival. Homosexuality is poorly visible in the Turkish community and this festival confronts the nation’s capital with the existence and weak position of Turkish lesbians and gays. The campaign is a powerfull tool for the visibility and empowerment of them.
