PINKSTER TOURNAMENT
The Pinkster Tournament is the largest international gay & lesbian tennis tournament in the world. This year we welcomed 402 players from 21 different countries. The tournament is organized by tennis club Smashing Pink and is a stop on the World Tour of the International Gay and Lesbian Tennis Alliance (GLTA). Anyone may enter. Next year the tournament will be played from 25 to 28 May 2012.

The 2011 Pinkster Tournament has been an exceptional edition. We kicked off the weekend in the heart of Amsterdam, with City Street Tennis on the Nieuwmarkt. Continued on the Amstelpark tennis venue, where we were able to finish all matches and honour all our champions on Monday afternoon, despite the erratic weather.
